Rela AI stores your profiles, chats, analyses, flags, and saved chapters on your device using Apple app storage.

When you give permission and ask Rela AI for an AI response, the app sends the relevant data you submit to Rela AI's backend and Anthropic, the AI service provider used to generate responses.

Data sent for AI responses may include your first name, the person profile, relationship context, messages, screenshot OCR text, screenshots you attach, saved summaries, flags, reports, debrief context, and chapter context.

We collect this data directly from what you type, select, save, or attach in the app. Screenshot text is created on device with Apple text recognition before it is sent for an AI response.

We use this information only to provide app functionality, including chat replies, summaries, suggested texts, debriefs, reports, flags, and chapter recaps.

Anthropic processes the data as our AI service provider. We require service providers that receive app data to protect it with the same or equal privacy protections required by this policy.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use app data for third-party advertising tracking.

You can delete active Rela AI data from Settings in the app. App Store subscription billing is managed separately by Apple.
